Find the right property

After discussing what you are looking for and what you can afford, we will schedule times to tour homes that fit your needs. To help you decide which home is right for you I will evaluate the ins and outs of various properties and neighborhoods and outline the pros and cons of each with you.

Market and sell your home

To prepare for the sale of your home we will walk through each step togther. I will do a comparative market analysis (CMA) of your home to find the best price based on your home’s square footage, age, location, and features.  Setting a competitive price gives your house a better chance of selling for the highest price possible as quickly as possible.

Negotiate the offer

I will advise you on an appropriate price to offer and present it to the seller’s agent. Then I will negotiate on your behalf and write up the contracts for you. This is where my experience in negotiating deals can save you money and help you avoid pitfalls like a fixer-upper that’s more trouble than it’s worth.

Coordinate showings

I will coordinate with the buyer’s agents to schedule showings of your home. I can also host open houses if needed, which will allow potential buyers to walk through the home without an appointment. I will be available during showings and open houses to answer questions about the property and market to get it sold.

Recommend other professionals

Because of my connections within the industry, I am able to refer you to reliable mortgage brokers, real estate attorneys, home inspectors, movers, and other real estate professionals. This can also help expedite each step of the process and move you to a successful purchase faster.

Communicate and negotiate the sale

Strong communication is key when selling a home to cut down on stress and misunderstandings. I will manage the entire process, handling paperwork and negotiating the final sale price and terms of the sale with your interests in mind.

This is the fun part! We will go together to tour the homes that you have selected. I will help you look for the strong and weak point of the home, community, and price.

SUBMIT OFFER

When you find that perfect home I will draft an offer and negotiate the best deal possible.

Closing & Title

I will help you arrange the closing meeting where you will sign a mountain of paperwork needed to purchase a home. After you have signed we will toast to your success.

MOVE IN!

Move in day is the moste exciting day. You will finally get to walk in the door and call it your own. I will be on call if you need anything.
